CNY totally zoom by without much of a notice to myself this year. apart from going back to kuantan after a good 2 yrs, my whole CNY is practically devoted to PCG. speaking of the kuantan trip, it's great seeing everyone again, lots of changes here and there, be it the house or the people. but it's great.

and the rest of time are spent on the training hrs, the PCG seasports carnival, the training audit tml and the team charlie shift swap on fri night. and hopefully, nth pops up after tt so that i can have my normal off days rest.

been driving ard alot recently, getting lost a lot and doing a lot of car washings. damn. i think i seriously need a gps.

fitness level these days is horrendous, being nt training up for the past mth or so, did a 2.4 run today, clocking 10:50. horrible horrible horrible.

shagged out. but still, gonna mug thru my notes for the theory part of the audit tml.
