it feels good to take squad. even for a mere 1 hour drilling session. to see the morale hype up and your main pts drilled across.

yet again, i saw another batch of NCO passed out. my 4th batch of NCO to be precise. was a mixed of emotions. while being happy at how much most of them has grown throughout their four years with the unit, i'm quite disappointed with some things done and of course the attitude of others. but nevertheless, hopefully, each and every one of them has taken with them something positive and useful in CCHSM NPCC and i sincerely wish them all the best in their future endeavour.

and with another of my last few activities down, it is getting to the time to end my days as a CI. perhaps i already am, toning and down on my responsibilities as each event goes by.

a few more weeks.

it's time for a rest.
