Life of guohui ...chp 246

it has been a busy week. and it will definitely get busy this week. and over done with next week. and then for a 2 day breather before preparing myself for the sem papers. for once and for all.

and it will be goodbye finally to the dread overdue stay.

a couple of things to look forward to.

like my final ATC as an official area 11 instructor coming up this weekend. my first time after so many years not helping out as a lifeguard. but i guess it is a realy pity i cannot work with all the lovely people I've ever known in area 11. but a glimpse and perhaps some interesting conversation with them is all i can look forward too. i hope.

and NAPFA test coming up next tues. after so long and so many unfortunate incident. hopefully, i can get my silver award without any hiccups. my catrilage prob has been really a pain in the ass. and just well i thought i've gotten better. the race last sat actually jolt it back. hopefully ATC will not take its toll on me.

sat was well, fun. took part in a until-now-i-also-duno-what-name race. i think it was a race for SG firsts, a competition organised by National Heritage Board.

and finally we finished the race at 1415 hr, a good 6 hr of travelling time. and clicked a significant mileage.

tried to be detached with minimal involvement recently.

but i guess i committed the same folly today.

and on the very next morning, headed down to cchs for POP and investiture as mentioned in chp 242.

and then it was speech day training over the past week and speech day being on 7th July which ended without any major hitches. which i had italian meepok at pastamania @ parkway followed by a family potluck dinner by the pool @ my aunt 's house.

and finally a full day slp time on sunday to recharge.

and transformers. YES. tt's like finally i found someone to watch transformer with me after being left out by a few groups due to unit commitments.

and i guess it did not fail me. though the plot somewhat remains ridiculous to me, but what could i ask for in an inner child fantasy come through. I mean ROBOTS! and cool cars. and HOT MEGAN FOX. and of course, fantastic company for the movie.

on today was crap with a crap driving instructor cursing the driving center throughout the whole session while critisizing other instructors and the FTT book for teaching the so call incorrect method.

and i'm off to end my day. the next day starts at 8am tml.

and i'm forsee and am prepare for the the incoming onslaught for the next 4 weeks. Counting down to 27th July, 13th Aug and 27th Aug( or sooner) and i shall be a free man for the next few weeks...

meanwhile, pray for my left catrilage to heal ASAP. i wanna take my NATFA test in my optimal condition and endure my NS life with minimal nursing injuries. it hurts so bad now that i can't go beyond the threshold of 2km for my jog. and my reaction and movement is so affected by it while playing bball. much less the fear of getting myself into even serious trouble by injuring myself.

ok, i guess i have been putting this post off for quite a long time already. it has almost been a mth since came back from pulau redang. here it is. pictures galore !

It has been wonderful family trip to pulau redang. It is supposedly an island based off terrangnu.

to get there, we actually drove up to KL before catching a coach to the jetty itself.

And i definitely enjoyed my seaweed in the most idioting way ever.


and on to catch a ferry on a rather rundown jetty.
