have been having acute pain in my left kneecap ever since i came back from the expedition of NCO training camp till now. and it's like becoming worse. have no idea what caused the pain and i thought it will go away after some time and after ample rest and minimal walking after the camp.

but now it got worse. and it affects my jogging speed and bballing speed and reflexes so much.

how am i going to go for my fitness test in this condition.

and my thigh hurts so badly after the collision during the bball match on sat. though it's really nth compared to the kneecap prob. gonna do something abt it by this weekend.

this pain will hopefully be temporary.

meanwhile, let me get busy. have got tons of things that i hve to do but left undone.

and any other things are seemingly taking priority over the things i have to do. damn it.

Life of guohui ...chp 240

i realised that i haven blogged much on my redang trip but it will be up next.

and so my last annual camp in cchsm npcc as an instructor has ended. my swan song project if i'll like to call it.

pics will be up next time. am too tired to actually load it up to blogger at the moment. i actually slpt from 5.50pm to 3.20pm. was telling junyi the other day that we are getting more and more tired for the annual camp as the years goes by. perhaps it's an indication of us aging. and junyi is supposed to be even older than i do.

campfire this year was a mix of emotions. and i do enjoyed watching everyone enjoying themselves. just kinda feels that i wasn't feeling myself. had a few moments of reflections myself after the campfire. a few moments that really belongs to me.

and so the camp ended.

and on to ATC before i make a complete full stop to my wonderful chapter of 7.5 yrs in cchsm npcc.

it's time to put away all these.

and CI guohui prepares to say goodbye.

i'm back from pulau redang with a healthy tan ( and a single unglam sunburnt spot on my left shoulder)

and it has been a really fun trip with my family, extended family and my cousin's cousin family for the past 5 days, basking in the sand, the sea and the sun.

words cannot do justice to what i have experienced. perhaps i shall post up the pics soon enough when i got the time to do it. till then, it's preparation for my final camps as an instructor.

it has been an awfully pleasant day today.

maybe because it's the wonderful but short lunch i had
maybe because i'm lunching with lam

or

maybe because i had a fruitful atc meeting at tkss
maybe it was because of the met up with some oldies at the atc meeting
maybe because it's daniel, dawn, lingyan and bastian

or

maybe it was a surprised loud but pleasant shouting from someone u know from somewhr far.
especially when it's from someone u have not heard from for quite a long time.
maybe because that someone is jinghan.

maybe it was my lucky mahjong session at jasper hse
maybe it was the wonderful dinner we had at parkway
maybe it was the short but fun shopping trip we had after dinner.
maybe because i'm with kailing, mich and jasper

or

maybe it's because when i board the bus home and saw a familiar lady waving and saying hi to me.
maybe because tt person is someone gorgeous but i have not see or keep in contact with for a long long time
maybe its the-too-short-a-conversation we had on our bus ride home
maybe because that someone is geraldine

nevertheless, these people made my day today and i'm off to sleep a very happy man.
