grrrh.... i'm so brain dead now man... had staff sergeant and sergeant for the NCOs ytd... went down at ard 2.30pm to help out with karen for the theory test paper...
and oh by the way, this is my 3rd time as a tester for a staff sergeant test... but the irony is that along the way, the staff sergeants i have passed are not really tt much... we'll see how it goes this time rd... but i can't reveal the results here man... coz it is confidential... hahaha..
aniwae, din help out with much of the commands at the parade square due to my cough... it's like to damn stressed up to give command when there is something blocking ur diaphram...difficult to project out the voice man...
but at the very end of the promotion test, did manage to drill the nco squad for a little while... it has been a long time since i drill them.... the last serious time was like when i was their NCO in charge??? 2 yrs ago? zzz 4got le... oh no... getting more lao jiao in cchsm npcc le... muahhahah...
well, their drill standard is not tt fantastic yet... but shall not comment tt much here... confidential...

yup... aniwae, took the MOI session ytd... ( MOI = method of instructions) have to hear 12 repetitive version of the same process... kinda sian0.5 man... yet as a tester, i have to ensure the quality of the grades i give.. so much listen to every word they mention...wah... heavy responsibility leh... harry and karen were with me...
the whole test ends at 7pm plus... almost till 8 le... den headed down to BK at parkway for dinner...
saw my dunman high fren who live near me there man... but now she in vjc le... hha....
proceed with marking the theory paper and tabulating the ssgt results...
all i can say is tt it is brain cell consuming to mark ridiculous answer scripts... of all ppl, the ncos man... sec 4s... wonderful answers... duhx...
migrate the parkway mac when BK is closing... tt appears to be the norm for every evening CCHSM NPCC instructors meeting man...
den today when over to parkway to discuss abt the NCO training course... tt alone took up my whole day le...
okie, it is now holiday for me... and i got a new job for the holiday....
